Quality Inspection
We use the Virtek QC Laser inspection system as part of our standard quality control
process. It features a non-contact laser which allows for the inspection of a flat
pattern in just seconds. First article inspections are performed on every customer
order.
For high quality bend inspection, Mallory utilizes a Fowler/Trimos 24”/600 Z_CAL
Electronic Height Gage, the very best in its class. The Fowler/Trimos 600Z is accurate
to .00024”/6µm!
