Mallory has a fleet of (3) Trumpf Trumatic punching machines with linear tool changing
rail, Pentium-based PC control and automated loading and unloading system.
The single station punching head allows complete tooling changeover in less than
1 minute. The punching head is fully rotational, which permits any tool to be rotated
to any punching angle.
These machines provide quiet, hydraulic punching of pattern size sheets for material
economies. The hydraulic punching allows special tools such as louvers, countersinks,
and extrusions to be punched within the program.
